Meg graduated from Rockhurst University in Kansas City in 2011 with a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. In Missouri, she worked with young children in a variety of settings, including school district early childhood programs, a therapeutic preschool, and Missouri’s First Steps program.
In 2017, Meg moved from Kansas to Indiana and joined the PSA team. She is passionate about early childhood development and fostering a love of language and literacy in the birth-to-three population. Her favorite part of working in early intervention is partnering with families to build communication skills through everyday routines. She loves helping caregivers feel confident and empowered — and believes the best therapy happens through play with the toys, books, and materials already found at home. You’ll often hear her joke that she holds a Ph.D. in books, blocks, and bubbles!
Meg is a lifelong learner and is always seeking out new ideas, skills, and strategies — both as a therapist and as a homeschooling mom. She’s passionate about helping children, including her own, develop into curious, creative, lifelong learners. Outside of work, Meg enjoys life with her husband and children on a small homestead where you’ll often find her gardening, baking, or planning her next farm project!
