Kimberly Moreno is a dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist with over 20 years of experience specializing in early childhood development, with a focus on children ages 0–5. She has worked in a variety of both school and clinical settings, including both early intervention and developmental preschool. Her approach is centered on evidence-based practices, child-led and relationship-centered care and supporting strengths to build on multi-modality communication skills. She draws from a wide range of coursework and training such as Natural Language Acquisition, DIRFloortime®, Family Guided Routine Based Intervention (FGRBI), Oral-Motor Placement Therapy, and the Inside Out Sensory Intensive SLPs.
Kimberly is passionate about helping young children build meaningful communication skills through play, connection, and family involvement. As a mom of 5, she understands how busy daily life can be. She works closely with families to create supportive, individualized and neurodiversity affirming strategies that fit naturally into daily routines. She supports focusing on the joy of learning through spontaneous play, meaningful interactions and celebrating each new step forward.
Outside of her professional life, Kimberly enjoys traveling, hiking, art and spending quality time with her family—activities that fuel her curiosity and joy for life.
