Kim graduated from Purdue University with a master’s degree in technology and organizational leadership, along with certificates in Human Resource Development and Project Management. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Arts & Humanities from Indiana University, with a minor in Music and a Paralegal Certificate.
Prior to joining PSA, Kim built a successful career in contract and vendor management, specializing in the review, negotiation, and management of commercial contracts, particularly software and IT vendor agreements. While recently entering semi-retirement, Kim prefers to think of this stage as “reinvention” and is excited to expand her skills in billing and administrative operations as part of the PSA team.
Kim is the proud mother of two adult children and six grandchildren, who affectionately call her “Gigi.” Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing the piano and guitar, photography, and traveling. She is currently learning French in preparation for a future trip to Paris.
This new chapter combines Kim’s passion for lifelong learning with her desire to stay active, engaged, and connected while contributing to the success of the PSA team with her role in the billing department.
