Jamie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Indiana University in 2018. She knew early in her academic journey that she wanted to work with pediatrics, and she actively pursued experiences with children through clubs and coursework. Jamie had the unique opportunity to complete her final clinical experience with PSA and was eager to join the team upon graduation!
While Jamie has dedicated much of her career to the early intervention population, she brings valuable experience from school-based therapy, pediatric outpatient settings, and adult acute care. She has worked with a broad range of diagnoses, including but not limited to cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, genetic disorders, torticollis, plagiocephaly, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), hip dysplasia, hypo/hypertonia, developmental delays, extreme prematurity, prenatal substance exposure, and visual impairments.
Jamie takes pride in creating sessions that are fun, engaging, and tailored to each child’s unique interests and goals. She is committed to providing families with practical therapeutic tools and strategies that can be integrated into their daily routines. Her goal is to empower caregivers to feel confident and capable in supporting their child’s development and reach their full potential.
In her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and son. As a family, they enjoy traveling, hiking, and visiting local coffee shops!
