Cynthia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University in 2009. She is Salvadorian American and is fluent in Spanish and English with knowledge of French and Portuguese. Outside of her day-to-day duties as co-director, Cynthia works closely with therapists to support and connect children & families with resources, so they have the best possible outcome in meeting the child’s therapy goals. She has gained experience and knowledge of First Steps by previously working as an Intake Coordinator for the Cluster G SPOE. Family and community is at the heart of everything Cynthia does and she strives for fostering social connections and enhancing overall community well-being.
Outside of PSA, Cynthia enjoys cooking, hiking, and having family dance parties with her daughters, Camila (6) & Sofia (2).
