Breea Vest, OTD, OTR/L

Breea Vest, OTD, OTR/L is a bilingual (English/Spanish) pediatric occupational therapist
with five years of experience supporting children and families across a variety of
settings. She is passionate about helping children build independence and confidence
through meaningful, play-based experiences. Breea has been a First Steps Provider
since 2021 and began working for PSA in 2026.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Indiana University–Purdue
University Indianapolis in 2018 and her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2021. In
addition to pediatric clinical work, she has experience in community-based and mental
health occupational therapy, including program development and implementation.
Breea uses a child-led, play-based approach that incorporates sensory-based
strategies and trauma-informed care. She believes that strong relationships with
families are key to a child’s success and takes pride in getting to know each family she
works with. Her goal is to integrate therapy into everyday routines so children can
develop skills in ways that feel natural and meaningful in their daily lives.
As a bilingual therapist, she is passionate about providing accessible care to
Spanish-speaking families and supporting culturally responsive therapy services.
Outside of work, Breea enjoys spending time with her family, including her 9-month-old
son and rescue dog Kona. She also loves traveling, hiking, trying new foods, thrifting,
reading, and exploring local coffee shops.
