Donna Holtz, Consultant/ Former Owner
Donna graduated from Indiana University with degrees in Biology and English (no need to mention the year). She spent the next 11 years with American Hospital Supply Company in the Scientific Products Division. Her strong commitment to customer service was embedded in her from her experience working with this dynamic company. In 1999, Donna started a marketing company that ultimately led her to market the First Steps Program to physicians throughout the State of Indiana. Realizing the need for an alternative agency she developed Pediatric Specialty Associates, Inc. Donna places the utmost emphasis on hiring quality therapists, maintaining the integrity of her business practices, providing the highest possible level of customer service with both therapists and clients, and ensuring that therapists stay current with the latest techniques in therapy practices. Donna has raised two sons, Brian, who is a graduate of Indiana University School of Music and currently a musician in New York City, and Bradley, who who holds his Doctorate Degree from Indiana University School of Physical Therapy. Donna’s outside interests include gardening, boating and traveling. She enjoys spending time with her children and laughing with good friends.
Brad Holtz, PT, DPT- Owner
Brad Holtz is a Licensed Physical Therapist with a background in Outpatient Orthopedics specializing in Sports Medicine. He attended Indiana University Bloomington and received an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science prior to completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at IU Indianapolis in 2012. While he does not currently practice pediatric physical therapy, he has been involved with PSA since high school doing filing, scheduling, billing, and answering phones. In 2018, Brad and his wife Cynthia had the honor to continue the family business he grew up watching his Mom (Donna Holtz) and a talented team of clinicians build. Currently Brad assists with the day to day operations of PSA while maintaining his practice at a local sports medicine clinic. When he is not working, he enjoys being active running, riding bikes, hiking/backpacking, woodworking, DIY projects around the house, and of course eating good food. Brads biggest passion is doing whatever he can to have a positive impact on his family and friends.
Cynthia Holtz- Owner
Cynthia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University in 2009. She is Salvadorian American and is fluent in Spanish and English with knowledge of French and Portuguese. Cynthia also has knowledge of the First Steps System as she previously worked as an Intake Coordinator. Cynthia and her husband, Brad, have a beautiful dog named Penny and in 2019 welcomed their daughter, Camila. Cynthia enjoys running, backpacking, camping, and spending time with friends and family. She is committed to providing quality customer service to both therapist and clients as well as using her language skills!
Becky Lane-Billing Department
Becky comes to PSA with a wealth of experience in payroll, billing and human resources. Becky’s background included payroll for Wendy’s restaurants, Human Resources with the Indiana Hand Center and the Walker Center. Becky is enjoying retirement but stays so active with grandchildren, horseback riding, Church Choir, Playing Cards & reading that she decided to add a part time position with PSA to her plate to keep her busier. She is meticulous and dedicated to her work and is a pleasure for PSA to have her be a part of our company.
